As one of the first investors in the real estate business to foresee the development potential of West Chelsea and the Meatpacking District, Alf Naman now stands behind a number of the area's high-profile residential and commercial properties. Naman launched his own brokerage firm in New York City in the 1980’s, and in 1997 became a partner in his first development project—the conversion of a historic Tribeca building into luxury condominiums. As the Tribeca market matured and the Meatpacking District emerged as the next hot neighborhood, Naman began investing in West Chelsea around what would later become the High Line.  His projects in the neighborhood include HL23, 100 Eleventh Avenue, and 510 West 22.

Don originally hails from Ireland with a degree from Trinity College, Dublin.  He moved to New York City in 2006 and has since worked for Alf Naman Development.  Don now oversees every stage of the development process—from design to construction.

Emma moved to New York City immediately after graduating from Bard College. She joined the Alf Naman Development team in October 2011, where she currently focuses on budget analysis, administrative coordination, and property research.
